This timer will run 3 1000 watt lighting systems running on 120 volt or 6 1000 watt lighting systems running on 240 volt or 6 400 watt lighting systems running at 120 volt. Ask for the simplified wiring diagram when ordering. This is a hardwire timer. It is not scary to wire but you should know what your doing. If not, ask a qualified electrician for help.
